Most US programs require at least 80 for a minimum TOEFL iBT score, while a select few will request 100+. In the UK, a vast majority of programs will require at least a 90 iBT, while elite programs like Oxford or Cambridge will request between 100 and 110, at a minimum.

If you prefer academic vocabulary and would rather take a computer-based exam, TOEFL may be a better option for you.
